[ARCHIVED] Sims interactions cancelling, disappear from queue

My sim just stand there for a long time not doing the actions that I tell them to do resetting them only works for a quick second because they go back to not doing an action again just standing there for a long time. I'm on the PS4 and this issue started after 1.95 or 1.96 update. This is really annoying and make the game unplayable I don't have any mods because I'm on console the PS4 and I tried everything I could to fix this but nothing's working.
