I don't understand why this has been marked as [NEEDS INPUT]. This is not a new problem. The problem was first reported in Nov 2018. It already has a year and a half of input including 195 Me Too's. I think that should be plenty of input.

The problem originally reported by @luftsaob was:

I am trying to complete the aspirations but the tutorial will not allow it. The phone icon is greyed out and when I hover over it it says "Disabled by tutorial". Without it I can't take a vacation day or travel to a community venue which I need to do for the aspiration. And when I try to go fishing by clicking on the fishing post the option is also greyed out and hovering over it all it says it "Disabled by tutorial". I can't do anything to complete my aspirations and progress now.

This exactly matches the problem I reported here. The phone icon is greyed out and says, "disabled by tutorial." The fishing signs are also greyed out and say, "disabled by tutorial." This prevents my Sim from completing the needed tasks to finish the aspiration, namely to take a vacation day, visit a community lot, and fish for an hour. It's exactly the same problem that @luftsaob and I reported a year and a half ago. The original thread should not be locked and it should not be marked as fixed.
