Occurrence: Every time I enter and exit CAS

MODs/CC: Yes, however all mods/cc have currently been removed from the Game Folder and are disabled in-game

Not sure if anyone else is having the same issue as I am but here it goes,

I have recently updated my game to ver. 1.110 and have disabled and removed all CC and MODs from my game folder as I was under the impression that it could be one of my MODs conflicting with my game. However, that appears to not be the case!

The main issue I am having is with my vampire sims. For some reason features like eyes and teeth are defaulting to what non-vampire sims have and every time I enter CAS to reset my sims and have them as they were before, the changes don't save and the eye colour ends up being randomised. For example, I'll change the eyes from grey to bright blue w/ white scleras and as soon as I exit CAS the eye colour will be something completely different, last attempt, the eye colour ended up being green? However, this hasn't affected vampire sims' Dark Form, only their primary "Human" form.

Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated !!
