Hatchable and spoiled eggs will now remain visible in the Chicken coop whenever the Sim travels to the lot.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By attempting to hatch the hatch able eggs your sim collects.
What happens when the bug occurs? Hatchable eggs spoil while they are incubating. I decided to watch the process and realized it was a bug. As soon as I incubate it, it shows the amount of time before the egg hatches when I hover my cursor over. I kept my cursor hovering while I watched the time go down. Once it was down to 1 day it disappeared- it didn’t spoil and it didn’t get thrown out, just disappeared.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see a hatchable egg go in the incubator, time the hatching process, and produce a baby chick. I’ve also heard there is a pop up that’s supposed to happen when an egg is ready to hatch, I expect to see that as well. I also would really like this to get fixed because it truly affects gameplay. I’ve seen people give screenshots in the past and it seems it doesn’t move anyone. This has been a problem for almost a year and it’s disappointing it hasn’t gotten fixed yet.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

I have no screenshots to provide, it would take redoing the hatching process to screenshot the bug, going through my screenshots and saving, emailing it to myself, and then add it here. I shouldn’t have to do that. This bug should’ve been fixed a while ago.
I reported this in August. I discovered that eggs won't spoil if my Sim (or anyone in the household) went traveling (anywhere, doesn't matter, by using the "travel" option) and comes back home. The hatchable eggs in the coop will hatch. To keep your Sim from traveling all the time you can keep the hatchable eggs in the fridge or in the SIm's inventory and put them back in the coop after traveling.
