Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Opening build mode on the Stonestreet Apartments, clicking bulldoze and then trying to place a floor tile.
What happens when the bug occurs? It displays the error message: "Must be applied to floor". This does not happen in the San Myshuno apartments.
What do you expect to see? The floor tiles to be placed normally.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
This can be worked around by placing a floor (e.g. flat square) from the wall menu of build mode, but I don't think you should have to, as this was not the case with City Living's apartments.
