Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a household without children and answer some phone calls
What happens when the bug occurs? A random sim calls saying that they are free to assist with child care but my sim's current household does not have any children.
What do you expect to see? These calls only happening when children are in the household
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No/Never
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Most recent update, 09/26/2023, Version 1.81.2

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Nearly all, bar a few like Batoo & Spooky Stuff and a few kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Playing the game honestly, there doesn't seem to be a reason.
What happens when the bug occurs? You get a call from Eleanor.
What do you expect to see? No call.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes and I've tried removing them and opening a fresh save, same thing happens.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?  After the most recent patch.

I will say, this is also occurring with families with/expecting infants and Eleanor calls nearly daily asking if you want help. Even when another guest is already staying over at that time. Even when my child sim has now became an adult and moved out, she is now getting the calls despite not being pregnant nor a baby being in the household. 

Edit: I welcomed Eleanor to stay and cancelled it after a few days. She died the day after she stayed and is still calling as a ghost to come and stay xD

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play in any save file and eventually you'll receive several calls from Eleanor Sullivan, the elderly Sim that came with the Growing Together Expansion Pack.
What happens when the bug occurs? Eleanor Sullivan keeps calling my Sim's home asking about an infant. The first time this happened, I was playing with a household of 8 Sims consisting of 6 young adults and 2 adult sims. The second time this happened, I was playing a different save file. This household has 8 sims: 2 elders, 2 adults, 1 teen, 1 child, 1 toddler, and 1 infant. Every time the pop-up occurs, I decline the offer, however, Eleanor Sullivan keeps calling.
What do you expect to see? The pop-up to stop happening once it has been declined by a household.

Please describe the patch or change you made. This started happening after I downloaded the base game update that came two days before the Home Chef Hustle Stuff Pack.

I am experiencing a bug where Eleanor Sullivan, the elderly Sim that came with the Growing Together Expansion Pack, keeps calling my Sim's home asking about an infant. The first time this happened, I was playing with a household of 8 Sims consisting of 6 young adults and 2 adult sims. The second time this happened, I was playing a different save file. This household has 8 sims: 2 elders, 2 adults, 1 teen, 1 child, 1 toddler, and 1 infant. Every time the pop-up occurs, I decline the offer, however, Eleanor Sullivan keeps calling. This started happening after the base game update that came two days before the Home Chef Hustle Stuff Pack was released.

That's awful!! I was wondering if I could just cheat & kill her to make it stop but that answered my question. 
There should be a way to disable NPC Sims asking to stay over or visit.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a new game with any size household and no infants in the household.
What happens when the bug occurs? Eleanor Sullivan (Growing Together) repeatedly calls offering to help with my infant. I do not have an infant. When I say no or reject the call, she calls again after a short period of time.
What do you expect to see? Eleanor Sullivan calls once and only if I have an infant in the household.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Started noticing after installing Laundry Day stuff pack on 21st October 2023.

I have two infants and Eleanor Sullivan calls me everyday. I either don't answer or tell her no. She is persistent.
