@EA_Cade This is an issue for a lot of players, especially if you include the additional thread "Max Movement Skill" Not Completing which occurs if a toddler gets +1 instead of +2 on motor skills when they age up from an infant. It's because there's no check to see if a toddler can already do these milestones upon age up. If there's a bonus skill to movement, the toddler is always behind one or two milestones, and there is no way to complete them without using cheats.
Can we combine the two threads to make it more apparent that the Motor milestones are broken due to the lack of checking if there are skill points (milestones) earned on age up?
The milestones for Motor are level based, granted when you earn a skill point (Level 1- Learned to Walk, 2 - Learned to Climb Stairs, 3 - Learned to Dance, 4 - Learned to Run, 5 - Max Movement Skill). If my infant ages up with +1 in motor, they should already have the Learn to Walk milestone which is granted upon getting level 1 in Motor. Likewise, if they age up with +2 skill points in Motor, they should already have Learned to Walk and Learned to Climb Stairs milestones. Toddlers should not be unable to achieve milestones simply because they aged up well.
