Re: [FIXED] Thought bubbles from sims not on active lot

This is the apartment with the Historical lot trait in San Myshuno. This was only the first lot I had noticed it in, but it happens in every lot I load into. I’ve tested in different worlds as well, Willow Creek, Oasis Springs, and Sulani are a few.

I did test it in a fresh save that never had mods, it did the same for me on a Sulani lot, but I can’t remember if I deleted my localthumbcache or not so I will do that and try again in a fresh save!

I just tested in a brand new, never-modded save after deleting my localthumbcache and I am still having the same issue.

My own built home in Oasis Springs has townie thought bubbles passing through the walls if the Sim is close enough.

I own all packs and the dust kit. Only happened after latest patch. Did a new install. Still there. My guess? It's likely connected to something with the newly added ceilings, but I have not painted my ceilings at all, so I am just assuming it's that since nothing else would have changed the walls imo.

Edit: I don't think my first assumption is correct. The thought bubbles are going through trees and other objects too. Instead of being blocked by objects like before, they simply ghost into view with the Sim behind the object.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? almost all of them. this started with the horse ranch addition
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? open any world or lot in live mode and you will see a bunch of random thought bubbles in the background with no sim/animal attached to them
What happens when the bug occurs? thought bubbles appear randomly with no sim/animal attached and if you zoom in on the thought bubble, it gets further away
What do you expect to see? no random thought bubbles all over the place
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

I'm seeing this too.  I think they are thought bubbles coming from other sims in the neighborhood.  The thought bubbles are showing through the landscaping.  This happened in Galloping Gulch in Chestnut Ridge.  I think it's sims walking on the trails there.

I’m seeing this too. I’m also getting them from bunnies outside my ranch. I have only been having this problem after installing the horse pack (however I installed the most recent patch at the same time). 

I've been playing a legacy save and everything was perfectly fine, however I downloaded the horse patch yesterday (just the patch I don't have the horses EP) and since then I've been seeing thought bubbles through the walls of my house and any house or apartment I'm visiting.  

@crinrict  I started seeing these tiny thought bubbles in the game with the Ranch Pack. I thought in the game it was perhaps supposed to be rodents or lizards hiding in the landscape. Followed a few and saw nothing up close. It's not passers by in my game or neighbors cause the closest are a distance away. Perhaps the tiny creatures have made it to other worlds. LOL They're taking over it's an invasion.
