Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have your level 10 actor/actress Sim accept a gig and attempt completing gig prep tasks that state practice action/romantic/etc scenes.
What happens when the bug occurs? My level 10 actress Sim accepts a gig, but every single attempt to complete gig prep tasks that state practice action/romantic/etc scenes, the other Sims don't follow through, even other Global Superstars. I do not use mods and do not want to attempt to now.
What do you expect to see? My actress Sim completely finishing prep tasks in order to win awards again.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I have no screenshots on my mobile when I play on my PC.

I figured it out after checking some reddit thread on the same issue. There is definitely a glitch in the 'No Touching' quirk. Now, everytime the quirk pops up, I quickly buy the Quirk-B-Gone potion. I was getting so angry before. 🤣
