Re: [GF] Sims doesn't go to go gig if loading screen involved (Patch 1.77.131)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have an actor career sim pick up an acting gig, and then travel away from the home lot and then back again at any point before the gig is due to begin.
What happens when the bug occurs? The gig will fail to start. You will not receive a popup notifcation an hour before the gig is due and when the start time comes, nothing happens.
What do you expect to see? An hour before the gig time, a notification should appear telling you it starts in one hour. Then at the start time, a popup should appear asking if you want to join the sim on the studio lot for an active session or send the sim off on their own.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Noticed it happening from patch 1.77.131.1030.

This seems to be a reoccurance of the same bug that was fixed last year in June 2020 by patch 1.63.13.

The workaround is for your sim to never leave their home lot between picking up the gig and going off to work.

I didn't yet test these scenarios to see if the gig breaks:

• saving and exiting the game, and then reloading into the lot between the time you pick up the gig and the gig start time.
• going to manage worlds and then reloading back into the household between the time you pick up the gig and the gig start time.
• going into CAS between the time you pick up the gig and the gig start time.

I imagine they will also break the gig too.

Further information:

The affected Sim graduated from university and was thus able to start an acting career with advantages. She is also a world star. The affected Sim is a young adult and has earned all of the positive toddler and teenage traits.

It seems like the old bug that was fixed in 2020 is now reappearing. The old workarounds work, but it's really annoying.

Since i got a message for the latest update when i started the game a few minutes ago, i assume that the latest patch wasn't installed correctly and is now installed. I've to check if the bug still appears.

The job panel is broken at this moment as already reported.

So .. i tried it a few times with two Sims. The "problematic" one and another, "normal" Sim without any university and famous stuff.

Funny enough, the problem just disappeared. I tried to travel before gigs, saving and restarting the game, going into CAS .. it works as intended.

So my problem isn't present anymore. (Still, the job window is still broken atm, but you can use your phone and it's just a minor bug)

I can't say if it's fully fixed at this moment because i only tried it 4 times on each Sim. It may happen again. 

@cxmusic It's not broken for everyone (job panel) so just making sure that's what you tried.
