@rosaide767 What exactly happens if they spawn on lots ? Could you post a video of what happens ?
Also little tip: If you removed mods to test it's better to chose not now I removed them instead of yes.
@crinrict i actually deleted the save that broke via this so i will have to playtest with a new version of a save to recreate this issue
