It's the Strangerville $999 laptop computer, so, I don't think it's unbreakable..

My computer broke, and when I tried to have my sims repair it, the “repair”action won’t pop up. This would be my ultimate goal, to have my sun repair it. But I have also tried to hire the repair service. They show up, say the house doesn’t need their assistance and leave. I’ve tried moving the desk away from the wall to repair it and I have also tried moving the desk outside for the repair service to fix it. There doesn’t seem to be a way to get a functional computer other than buying a new computer.

I play on PS4. I don’t have any mods, and the only cheat I have ever used is the “money 100000” cheat in other save files. The current save file I’m using doesn’t have cheats activated.

I’ve also tried clearing my system cache. I really don’t want to clear the sims 4 cache because I don’t want to pay a subscription fee or store my data on a usb. 

Is there anything I can do?

Here are the packs I have: Dream House Decorator, Get to Work, Discover University, Get Famous, Cats & Dogs, For Rent, Get Together, Horse Ranch, Realm of Magic, Jungle Adventure, Vampires, Outdoor Retreat, Toddler, Bowling Night, Romantic Garden, and Spooky.

The Sims 4 version I have is 1.86, and the PS4 software version I have is 11.02

My computer isn’t unbreakable. It’s the 4,000 simoleon computer without any upgrades
