- @TheSimsDirect I have this same issue. Sending my save to you.
I'm still encountering this issue even after removing my mods. I will send my save file.

I too am having this issue, I have twice done a cycle of moving everyone out, changing the unit type to some other lot type, loading up that lot as the new type (restaurant, cafe, whatever). i let the simsulation run for a bit and then I reset the RR, moved everyone back in, and all seemed fine, single unit listing for the landlord. Open the game the next day and started getting doubles again and even tripls in some cases. When I play the landlord. Like a 3 unit building will have 5 units and a 5 unit building will have like 7 because 3 doubled themselves The issue most often occures with units in tomerang for me, but it's not exclusive or even consistent. And it's happening with both landlords who live on site and live off site (I play rotatationally so I cycle through like 20 families in the same save)
The duplicates also seem to be uneditable as far as rent so there will be a unit that has the rent I assigned and the duplicates will be some default number, not always -1. I can change the top of the duplicates, but not the rest. And if I move a sims in from manage worlds, they seem to get the game assigned rent and not "my" rent setting.
is there a way for this issue to be solved without disabling mods and sending the save file? i have had this save for a couple years now and have been slowly editing multiple townies and their homes. to remove my cc from this save would mean to undo 3+ years of work.
sometimes it glitches and i am able to turn it into a residential, save & exit, uninstall then reinstall sims, and move everyone back in but i would rather not have to continue doing this.
thank you dearly,
a long time sims playerIs this bug under investigation? Its so gamebreaking when you have to pay multiple taxes..
