[OPEN] Sim travelling in group by default

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All game packs, stuff packs, kits, expansion packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Travel with a horse in your household
What happens when the bug occurs? when sim goes to travel, alone, horse joins every time.
What do you expect to see? sims being able to travel alone and horses "stay home"
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Started happening with the horse ranch expansion

Every time my sim goes to travel, the horses in her household travel with her. going to different lots, different worlds, etc. even when not selecting the travel companions, the horses still join the sim.
