Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Meet someone new from Discover University Lot 2. Invite the "townie" from Discover University to a date on a Sulani lot
What happens when the bug occurs? I invited someone I met from a public area on one of the Discover University lots to a date on a Sulani lot. It ends within 30 seconds or so and says date unsuccessful, no rewards received. It also doesn't check off the goals of the date as I complete them. If I invite a Sulani resident to a date on the same lot, it works just fine.
What do you expect to see? I expect the dates to work on Sulani lots with NON Sulani residents.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Come to find out, it's that specific townie that I cannot complete any dates with at all. Anywhere. Arjuna Perez from Discover University. A little blonde in a skirt and a purple sweater that looks like Paris Hilton lol. Any ideas what is going on? Any fixes? I hope someone still reads these forums.

What happens when the bug occurs? My sim will ask sim 2 on a date via phone and they’ll go to the location but the date event will start off at bronze, then sim 2 will leave and the date ends
What do you expect to see? A normal date event with group effects

Please describe the patch or change you made. Removed all mods and tested with a household with no cc and it worked for them but not my sim

@CleoJay27 Could be that the science trait is pushing them to leave right away. You can try removing the trait but I'm but unsure how it's called atm.

If you use MCCC I think you should see it and be able to remove though. If not you can use the cheat but you'll need the name of the trait.

Can you invite the Sim to travel ?

I got Sims 4 on pc the other day (i played on ps5 mainly) and started my first char in Chestnut Ridge. He met Sienna Grove and they matched well.
Now i've noticed that she never appears on his contact list on his phone. She still doesn't and by now they are dating (max in both bars) without dates.
Because every time he asks her out through face to face chats, they go to the venue, don't  form a party and the date fails within 2-3 minutes. While this doesn't seem to affect their mood thankfully, it's disappointing i can't do certain events like love day because they can't go on dates. And they can't make pictures together either cause she doesn't show up as contact. This will mean i can't ask her to come over and they can't take vacations together and such either.
This only seems to affect her. All the other sims he met appear just fine in his phone.

I tried repairing the game and a new save file, but no change. I'm not using mods, only played it on pc for 24 hours.
I shall add pics of his phone list and relationship list to show that she does appear in the relationship tab, but it doesn't let me do much ther

@crinrictAh solved tyvm! Going into manage worlds and playing her for a second did the trick. Guessing it was her horse trainer job, which isn't really a job.
