All vampire children and toddlers have a hidden dark form I notice. Unfortunately there is no way to remove/replace the clothes. One solution I can think of is you MAY be able to age up the child and delete their dark form as a teen and then age them back down. Save them to your library and check to see if the child still has a dark form. But if you are wanting to preserve their dark form genetics then there isn't a solution I can think of at the moment. But what I've mentioned has worked for me in the past.
