I do know about the Defender light, I just thought the werewolf one was supposed to function the same way.

So I guess not mentioning monsters specifically, but it certainly sounds like it's supposed to prevent nightmares at the very least. Which it doesn't. It does function as a nightlight though, staying on when the rest of the room turns off if you use auto lights.They also said in the live stream for werewolves that it would stop monsters
