Renaissance aspiration bugged since patch
I have tried twice to get the career to be recognized by game after completing level 3 of first job. I quit the job and start another one and the job task say 0/2. Can you fix this?

Did you change the aspiration or did you already had the aspiration when you started out with the first job ?
I had the aspiration from the start.
Pretty sure this has been posted before. Renaissance isn't recognising previously held careers, I've reached level 10 in all but one career and it still says 0/3.
Oh wait, no it says *** 56C4378C ***... I just reported this code bug, didn't see this before though.
I have the same problem. I'm on part 3 and it's displayed *** 2C85B1E *** 0/2. I looked back through at part 2 and it has *** 56C4378C ***.listed. There is a similar error for part 4 . It's only the Renaissance sim aspiration that this issue is with.
- I just uninstalled and reinstalled the game and the Aspiration is working again. Although the goals from part 2 onwards are different then what they were before? So it looks like they changed them?
I can confirm the goals have changed from 3 careers to level 2 (old goal) to 2 careers to level 3 (new goal). New game. I had Mortimer quit his job and start a new one. He didn't get credit for leveling up the new job to level 3. So not only did they change the goals but they cannot achieve them because the game does not give credit for leveling up the career.
On a side note. This Renaisance sims goal in the Goth Household guarantees that the Goths will go broke. Low level careers don't support their bills and Bella's career doesn't earn that much either.
I have discovered the solution to this problem. The aspiration goals are poorly worded. In order to get credit for career level 3 you have to earn the level 4 promotion. This is confusing as all get out. If a level 4 promotion is required that is what the text for the goal should read.
I tried also to complete and nothing changed I didn't even get a 1 when I started a new job and reached lvl 10. Mine too says 0/3. Hope it fixed soon!!!
I uninstalled my game and tried the aspiration again and still get 0/2 jobs after getting first job to level 3. I quit the job and restarte the jobe again and came back at level 2. It took one day to level up agian and that counted as 1/2. So the reinstall did not fix my problem. : (
I think this aspiration is not bugged after all. EA changed the tasks for this aspiration making it easier. Thifirst job to level three is on the first part of the aspiration. and the second part asks for two jobs to level 3. The next part asks for 3 jobs to level three instead of to levl 6. I really think Ea just changed the Renaissance aspiration and did not let us know in the last patch.
