What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? ALL EP EXCEPT HSY, GRO, HR and FR / ALL GP EXCEPT MWS / ALL SP / CKK-IAK-CSK-MCK-FFK-DLK-PPK-ECK-SCK-GRK
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make tea with Tea Magic Personal Brewer e try casting the Repairio spell on it.
What happens when the bug occurs? The option to cast the spell is not present.
What do you expect to see? I expect to find the Repairio spell option in the pie menu for the brewer.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not for this savefile. This save is used only for testing, so it's vanilla.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? I don't know, don't remember.

I have to be honest, unlike op, I had no idea that previously you could cast the Repairio spell on the brewer. However, I wanted to test it on my vanilla save and indeed the option to cast that spell is not there for the brewer, but it's there for the single cup.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a spellcaster sim brew any kind of tea using the Tea Magic Personal Brewer. If the tea quality is normal or poor, click on the brewer and choose Magic. There used to be an option to choose the Repairio Spell to improve the tea quality to Excellent.
What happens when the bug occurs? Repairio spell is no longer an option. 
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the Repairio Spell as an option when the tea is less than Excellent quality. 
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No. I play on console. 
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? It occurred after one of the Fall patches…maybe in September? I can’t remember.
