[ROM] Spellcraft & Sorcery Aspiration: Duels don't fulfill

Question

Product: The Sims 4Platform:MacWhich language are you playing the game in?  EnglishHow often does the bug occur?  Every time (100%)What is your current game version number?  1.68.154.1220What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed?  EP: Cats &amp; Dogs, City Living, Discover University, Eco Lifestyle, Get Famous, Get To Work, Get Together, Island Living, Seasons. GP: Dine Out, Jungle Adventure, Outdoor Retreat, Parenthood, Realm of Magic, Spa Day, Vampires. SP: Cool Kitchen Stuff, Fitness Stuff, Laundry Day Stuff, Moschino Stuff, Movie Hangout Stuff, Romantic Garden Stuff, Tiny Living, Toddler Stuff, Vintage Glamour Stuff. Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?  Whilst playing a Sim who is a spellcaster, have the Spellcraft &amp; Sorcery Aspiration selected. On the Third section of the aspiration there is a goal of 'win three duels against another spellcaster'. Duel another spellcaster, win the duel and the counter does not acknowledge the win. What happens when the bug occurs?  Even when you win multiple Duels, on different days, at different times, against different sims the 'duels won' counter on the Spellcraft &amp; Sorcery Aspiration does not count it and you are unable to move onto section four of the aspiration. What do you expect to see?  I expect to be able to have the three duels i have won counted and therefore be able to move onto the next goal in order to complete the aspiration. Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?  Never used.Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?  YesPlease describe the patch or change you made.  It was present prior to the previous patch, I only noticed it after having the GP Realm of Magic installed for a couple of weeks so unsure about the patch prior to that.

This is old info from before the last 2 patches, but I played this aspiration still very recently and I noticed that wins only count toward the aspiration if my sim initiates the duel herself. If she gets a text from another spellcaster asking for a duel, the win will be completely ignored by the aspiration and agreeing to meet up with these sims is a complete waste of time. I will test it with the current version of the game soon, if I remember to. But in the meantime maybe this will be helpful.

@jess_sarah_91 I too had issues with this when I first got the pack. The issue was that you have to duel and win with sims you have never dueled before.

I also tried to duplicate this and could not. The aspiration checked off for both an adult sim and a teen.

@PoptartJuniper I’ve tried and actively sought out sims that I have not duelled before but no luck. I will do as @crinrict suggested and try with another sim from a different household.

I have returned to say that things work as expected on my end. I invited over a spellcaster, asked her to duel, and fought her in the middle of my driveway and the aspiration was happy with that. I'm in the newest version of the game.

@jess_sarah_91  Just tested this on my save and have no issues fulfilling it.Have you tested multiple Sims to see if it's limited to a specific one ?
