[S] Lottery Winner Not Announced

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.97.62.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Having Lottery Day, Buy Ticket, Wait Next Day.
What happens when the bug occurs? No Announcement of Lottery Winner, No Notification, I've checked all sims household no one seems to win (same money)
What do you expect to see? I want to see someone win, because I'm speedrunning all new milestone right now
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I think it occurs after infant update. Also I kinda wanna try it in a new save file but I ain't got a time to wait for lottery day to happen, like naaa it took forever

    @Similians Ah, that happened recently to me as well, in at least two households. I'm so used to all the odd bugs in the game, that I didn't even think about reporting it.

    @BylineBelifeYes, basically why this is a problem for me is that I wanted to complete The Won Lottery Milestone. There are 2 milestones left that I haven't got while playing this game in my whole life, won lottery is one of them. I'm an overachiever myself, so I need to achieved it so I feel accomplished. I try to win lottery via Wishing Well (romantic garden) but it doesn't count as a milestone, so I think this is the only way.

    Idk if this is helpful, but I had a household very recently win the lottery. That was the ONLY time I received a notification about it after lottery day. So it seems that unless you win, there are no notifications that you didn't if that is what you're looking for. As far as winning goes, perhaps its not a bug, it IS the lottery afterall and might take time. Ive only ever had it happen once in all my households and hours of gameplay lol. Good luck!

    @SmugKitten This probably a new mechanism, but last time I remembered. The game announced the winner. But now no announcement unless we win? Naahh

    I can't replicate this - I've had at least two lotteries happen in game recently and I got a notification about a winner both times.

    The winner announcement happens at around 10am on the day after the lottery happens, so I'd check the notification wall for things around then.
