I have this same problem, but only with two crops in my garden. It only occurs on the small plants (not the trees), and the plants are in planters. The plants I have are all sheltered.
I found two fixes:
- taking the plant out of the planter in build mode and then moving it back into the planter
- using the magic spell floralorial

I'm getting this on PS5 (All Packs (Ex, GP & kits))
- @LokisMinx Did you send your save to SimsDirect ?
This happens on my save regardless of my mod status and has been an issue for me for over a year now. I can't weed by hand or by blowing, it's an endless weeding loop. Would I be able to submit the save even though it's a save I use modded as well?
EDIT: I'll be double checking to see if its working now (I haven't played in a month and I see they did recently fix the weeding loop). If mine is still doing it for just the blower I'm willing to submit save info.
