What happens when the bug occurs? The thumbnail is wrong, despite being mentioned in the patch notes.
What do you expect to see? A thumnail that matches the actual nail being applied, instead of the broken 'white/pink' one
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not since 1.108 released, fresh save 
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No.
