[S][DU][GRO] Can't "Bike here" with bike in inventory if weather is freezing

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.289.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? a lot
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a bike in your inventory while the weather is freezing. Choose "Bike here" somewhere on the terrain.
What happens when the bug occurs? The interaction is queued, but then canceled immediately.
What do you expect to see? The Sim mounting their bike and biking to the chosen location.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Installing the Lovestruck patch (1.108.289.1030).

Maybe the devs shouldn't add swimming specific code to bike interactions (one can imagine my surprise when I researched the latest changes regarding swimming in the tuning files and found them used for bike pickers...).

This issue specifically occurs for freezing weather, the interaction works fine for other weather types. Mounting the bike first and then biking also works as a workaround.
