Services not showing up; unable to cancel services to re-hire

Question

Hi im having an issue where my maid and gardener haven't shown up for weeks; I have been able to cancel and re-hire previously but even with re-hire they still don't attend.

Now I can't even cancel the services to re-hire.

I've been playing this game religiously but I don't want to play anymore because all I am doing is cleaning and gardening constantly its turned into RuneScape for me.

I've been a member for 8 years and honestly its not fun if I have to spend my entire days keeping my rare plants alive because no one is showing up.

@ChopthePugHave you already repaired your game?Tried without any mods and deleted localthumbcache.package in your user folder?

@Gagea25 I haven't. I will restart the game and computer fully and see how that goes. what does deleting that package do?

@ChopthePuglocalthumbcache.package: Cache file. Gets big fast. Recreates when deleted. Always delete this file after adding/removing CC and Mods.Source: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2014/09/user-files-explained/
