I haven't been able to figure this out yet. I haven't forgotten. So far she has played the guitar now that her skill is maxed. I don't want to just add someone to the household and I don't play extra households. I tried to get someone to move in as roommate, but they refused. lol I was going to text it with them. I will come back around to this.

I was having the issue. But I saw that my guitar was sitting facing the wall , probably set that way by a guest. Anyway I went into the build mode and turned the guitar to face out and suddenly my sim stopped complaining and played the guitar again.
