Sims have weird neck

I am having this issue with one of my Sims neck being extremely weird. The neck is long and distorted for some odd reason. I repaired the game, removed CC, and everything but it still looks weird with or without CC. I believe it started after the last update to fix the face issues, and I am just now noticing how weird it looks. I attached an example of what I am talking about. The Sim's neck in the middle is fine but the other two examples, I haven't the slightest idea what is going on. 

Product: The Sims 4
Platform: Mac OS
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Each time I play the game and zoom out in CAS. 
What is your current game version number? 1.97.62.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats & Dogs, High School Years, City Living, Dining Out, Seasons, & Laundry Stuff Pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into CAS, and zoom out the neck will have weird deformed crook to it. According to some of the responses I received here it seems to have something to do with a Sim having muscular build. 
What happens when the bug occurs? The Sims neck gets a weird hump in it. Making the Sim look like a giraffe. 
What do you expect to see? My Sim with a regular neck no matter the their size or build. 
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes, but the issue happens with and without the mods and custom content.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? I want to say it happened after the patch that fixed the face issue. I can't really say because I didn't notice it until recently.

    I posted my Sim in the gallery. It's under the same name username RF2291. I named the Sim "Testing". Click include "CC" to find him it's only the eyes, because I resaved after I added the CC back in but that's the only CC on it everything else is BG w/packs.

    I was bored, so I grabbed it and checked in my game, without the CC eyes. And yes, he have a weird nick in the neck. 

    I reset his body type and and the neck nick straighten right out.
    However, when zooming out, I also get the giraffe neck. An odd bug it seems connected with the very muscular body type.

    I tried to recreate your Sim with the same body type/body slider setting and he looks very similar

    The bulk isn't as visible but it's also there. 

    Can't tell if that's a bug or not but it def doesn't seem to be a cc issue.

    Thank you guys so much for all of the help 😃 I honestly do appreciate it so so much. I am glad to see it wasn't just me seeing things and it is indeed an issue. Let me update my initial post.
