Sims have weird neck

I posted my Sim in the gallery. It's under the same name username RF2291. I named the Sim "Testing". Click include "CC" to find him it's only the eyes, because I resaved after I added the CC back in but that's the only CC on it everything else is BG w/packs.
I was bored, so I grabbed it and checked in my game, without the CC eyes. And yes, he have a weird nick in the neck.
I reset his body type and and the neck nick straighten right out.
However, when zooming out, I also get the giraffe neck. An odd bug it seems connected with the very muscular body type.I tried to recreate your Sim with the same body type/body slider setting and he looks very similar
The bulk isn't as visible but it's also there.
Can't tell if that's a bug or not but it def doesn't seem to be a cc issue.
