[TO TEST] Lipstick doesnt shine by party outfit

I was creating a sim, and when I was dressing her in her part outfit I found out that the shine on the lipstick doesn't show up, but only in the party category.

Here she is in her Party outfit.

And here in her Swimwear.

As you can see I used the same lipstick both times, but in the party category there is no shine on her lips. I also tried the other lipsticks, and none of the lipsticks have shine, so the shine doesn't work at all in the part category. (even though, in my opinion, shine is definitely a part  of party xD )
