Toddlers Not Receiving Reward Traits If Maxed Before EP16 Patch

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Français
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.289.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a family with at least one toddler with all skills maxed out. Have the toddler grow into a child, through the interaction on the cake.
What happens when the bug occurs? No Top Notch/Happy toddler trait earned despite having every skills maxed out.
What do you expect to see? My toddler with all skills maxed out previously before the patch that supposedly fixed this issue, earning their reward traits.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. 1.108.289.1030 It was bugged before, and still is not working.

Please consider fixing it very very fast, it is a sad day, knowing it is supposed to be fixed, but its not.

    There were 2 game updates released today, the latest version numbers that indicate you've installed both patches can be found below:

    PC/Mac:

    • EA App (Windows) - 1.108.318.1020
    • EA App (macOS) - 1.108.318.1220
    • Origin (macOS) - 1.108.318.1220
    • Epic - 1.108.318.1020
    • Steam - 1.108.318.1020

    Console:

    • PS4 (SIEE) - 1.95.3.4410
    • PS4 (SIEJ) - 1.95.3.5410
    • PS4 (SIEA) - 1.95.3.3410
    • Xbox One - 1.95.3.2310

    Can you let me know if this persists after updating to the versions listed above?

    Thanks for the reply, but I did both, sorry for the mistakes, my game version is according to the game itself: 1.108.318.1020

    The previous game version was taken from the website, which normally I take it from when there is one update...

    Anyway, I tried to find some toddlers who did not have all max skills yet and it worked for them. I had one with almost everything except one skill not to the top and I had this toddler max out the skill in question and grow him up and he got the Top notch toddler trait.

    I though the fix worked for toddlers already being to the max, but apparently it needed the last skill trigger for it to work... sad I will have to cheat their skill down and up or just give them the traits, which I could have done 2 years ago, but patiently waited instead...

    For those who like me where waiting for this update to fix this issue for our ongoing toddler already having maxed all skills. This is not happening unless you trigger a skill to go down and up again with the cheats for changing toddler skills. Then it worked.

    While we look into this, if anyone experiencing this issue has a save they can share from before yesterdays patch (maxed out toddler that existed before EP16 update) we would love to take a look at the save file.
