[TROUBLESHOOT] Why don't NPC Vampires die in Sunlight ?

why wont NPC Vampires wont burn up while waking around in the day time ?

    I've tried your save but I had problems keeping them on the lot long enough, they just disappeared after a while. I did see a lot of sizzling and no dying so I'll forward your save to QA to see if they find something.
