@RedRidingHood22 If the bills are already stuck in your inventory, I'm not sure if removing mods would remove them.
Could you test another household with no mods/cc on a backup of your save ?

I actually did another test. I moved my entire sim family out of the current home and onto an empty lot. I was then able to pay the bills in my sims inventory for the empty lot and moved back into the old lot and my bills were paid and power on.

No, I came to my sims home lot, got the notification that I needed to pay bills and that’s when I discovered the issue.
