Unable to set as front door at Torres Amanecer

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, game packs, and stuff packs except for Batuu
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Move a sim into the penthouse on the Torres Amanecer lot, whether furnished or unfurnished, and click on doors
What happens when the bug occurs? There is no option on any door on the lot to "set as front door".
What do you expect to see? At least one door, especially the one closest to the elevator, should have the option to "set as front door". It should actually automatically be selected and greyed out, but that is not the case either.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Yesterday I moved a family into the Torres Amanecer penthouse in Ciudad Enamorada unfurnished, and redecorated/made some minor renovations. I did not enter live mode so I don't know if it was already a problem then. Today I installed the latest patch (10th August 2024) and then entered live mode. Non-household sims walked directly into my house and put the welcome wagon meal on a table in the smaller bedroom. This is when I noticed that there was no "set as front door" option. I checked all doors on the property, including the new shower door, but none had this option. I tried exiting/restarting and repairing the game and it made no difference. I also tried replacing the door, and remodelling the entry area so that the door could be in a different position, but that didn't work either. I see past threads on similar issues have been related to platforms/elevations, but as far as I can tell there are no platforms etc in the build.
I then created a fresh save and moved a different sim in to the same lot, keeping it furnished this time, and the exact same problem was still present.
This is particularly annoying as the sim in the save I was trying to play is currently a celebrity and I don't want paparazzi wandering in, and I don't want to unlock and re-lock the door every time I actually want a guest to come in.
