Just wanted to post that I am having the same issue, also. I restarted the scenario and gave my Sim the Clumsy trait, but no fires are being started.
@crinrict is there anyone looking into this? It seems like after one of the most recent updates, I started the challenge again and my Sim had a couple of fires, and then after another update it stopped again. Then again, maybe the fires weren't because of the scenario and instead because my Sim had no cooking skill.
However, now she is at level 3 again and has cooked a lot of dishes, and still no fires.

- @crinrict Ah sorry I do know that, I just wasn't sure if you had any insight of this being an an active issue/ticket or anything! I'll look into making a direct report somehow, since I didn't see it in the list of reported issues. My only experience with reporting issues has just been posting to the forum here.
