As cheating isn't supported, I can't add this as a bug

I've got the same problem but in another situation (No cheat, no mod).
The context :
- A club of NPC scientists with the "Use scientist objects" as Club activity
- An upgraded Satellite Dish
- A NPC vampire who die by the sun
Grim Reaper appeared but one of the NPC scientist used "Bladder Epidemic"
Grim Reaper went to the toilet without doing his task and never stopped peeing.
I was forced to reset the toilet and Grim Reaper in order to force him to do his job.
Seeems you found a rather easy fix for this
I'll add if you insist but I don't think it's a major issue.
Sure it's not a high priority, just I report this issue is possible, Grim Reaper bladder may be affected by some objects.
Since Grim Reaper can visit the community lots by himself, this issue may occurs more often but it's still rare.
I have Grim Reapers on my lots a lot and never saw one pee but I get where you're coming from.
I'll leave it for now unless there's more reports coming.
