[W] Female sim w/ Masc frame can't have chin/cheek tufts

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.89.214.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expacs, all GPs but MWS, all SPs but MFP, Toddler Stuff, Backyard, Spooky, Perfect Patio, and Luxury Party.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make a female sim with a masculine frame and she can't have cheek or chin tufts.
What happens when the bug occurs? Cheek or chin tufts don't appear, there's just one option and that's nothing.
What do you expect to see? The options to give the female sim with a masculine frame chin and cheek tufts.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Werewolf installed.

Making a female sim with a masculine frame doesn't let you give/change their cheek or chin tufts.

When I change her to have a female frame to match female, the options reappear again.

(I do use mods/CC but I disabled them to check - it still happens!)

Edit: I've just checked and the same happens with a male sim with a feminine frame!

EP: Get to Work, Cats & Dogs, Seasons, Get Famous, Island Living, Discover University, Eco Lifestyle, Cottage Living GP: Outdoor Retreat, Vampires, Parenthood, Jungle Adventure, Realm of Magic, Dream Home Decorator, Werewolves SP: Tiny Living Stuff, Nifty Knitting Stuff, Paranormal Stuff
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a (trans-)female werewolf. Pick male frame and female clothing style for them. Does not apply to sims whose gender, frame and clothing style match.
    What happens when the bug occurs? The chin and cheek fluff do not show up as an selectable option in CAS, read, as if they did not exist in the first place.
    What do you expect to see? The chin and cheek fluff to be visible and selectable when creating a werewolf whose gender, frame and clothing style do not match.
    Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
    Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?Yes
    Please describe the patch or change you made. Installed the Werewolves GP.

    I noticed a similar bug  regarding trans sims!!
    If your werewolf frame and gender dont match you dont get most werewolf presets :/ a workaround, similar to the nail polish one, is to first make the wolf using the matching frame and changing it after. But i dont think it should be happening to begin with


    the same thing is with cheek fluff, only one is available- and there are less ears too (the ripped ears for example are missing)

    @Lunar_S0uls adding onto this, the sim in my example was my sim self and therefore male with feminine frame!! So it affects trans werewolves both ways around

    What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats & Dogs, Werewolves, Vampires, Eco Lifestyle, Get to Work, Realm of Magic, Cottage Living, Discover University, Island Living, Seasons, Nifty Knitting, Highschool Years, Snowy Escape, and Blooming Rooms Kit.
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a werewolf sim, change physical frame to the opposite gender (male to female), try to change facial features (eyes, cheek floof)
    What happens when the bug occurs? Options for customization don't appear when I click on the icons.
    What do you expect to see? The customization options appear like normal, and I can actually create my werewolf the way I want to.
    Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
    Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
    Please describe the patch or change you made. I downloaded Snowy Escape, Eco lifestyle, and Get to work. It could've always been there; I haven't tried to make a transgender werewolf before.

    This is really bugging me out, because it requires me to take extra steps to making my werewolf that shouldn't be needed.

    Same here. I wish after editing the wolf form it would stop closing the editing option in the human form. Can't stand saving the sim then going in and out of CAS to make the edit options reappear.

    This is still happening, is there not a fix yet?! Trans male Sims with female frames are the same, you can't edit anything besides the colors of fur, hair, etc
