Hi, welcome to my showcase. I am a simmer since Sims 2 :# but I started sharing my lots until Sims 4. I love fantasy, fairytales, steampunk and spooky stuff in my game, but also, I try to learn how to build "real" lots. As a builder I create scenarios for my gameplay, to have fun, so I like to playtest everything to avoid broken stuff :D I do not use CC neither mods: I play a vanilla game.
I started to be active in this forum over a year ago (Easter 2016). I have found great simmers here from many countries and different ages <3 For me playing is a way to enjoy life ;)
At the list below you will find the latest lots and links to download them ;) From my older lots, I only choose my favorites ones: the ones I keep playing a lot :#
NEW! "La Famille" Manor (residential) Gallery Link I built a family house inspired on French Castles. The layout is gameplay friendly. There is a coffin for a vampire at the attic but you can replace it with a bed (for a buttler perhaps).
I finally decided to buy Cottage Living EP. After more than a year of its release, many of the bugs that discouraged me from buying it are already fixed. But what really motivated me to buy it was the fact that thanks to the Werewolves GP I have enjoyed my game again. Henford-on-Bagley is really whimsical so I will have fun building and playing the next weeks:
4. I built a restaurant for Finchwick, it is a cozy cottage, nice for families or special dates:

3. I built a park that I will use also as a National Park... I do not have the Wedding GP so I need a park for my vampire/spellcaster couple wedding. I DO NOT like the Wedding Venue, sorry. I love the idea of the National Park so my sims can explore the forest without intruders enjoying that lot lol:

2. Second I built a family cottage for another Dark Fairy (a vampire) and her fiancée (a spellcaster). It is more whimsical than realistic ;) The layout is so friendly, I tested it with kids, one toddler and pets. It is really fun to play. This pictures are from my testing family:

Werewolves GP special:
I stopped buying packs after Paranormal SP (awesome pack!). I really feel that the Sims 4 was declining. Also I got tired waiting for another occult. I felt left out of my game!
But finally a new supernatural pack was released: Werewolves!
I bought it without expecting much from it, after de Wedding fiasco I lost respect for EA-Maxis... But now I can say that capable developers still exist in this company: Werewolves GP is one of the best packs not only in Sims 4 but in the franchise.
Thanks for the team that created this pack, you give me back the joy for this game <3
After playing my first 3 werewolves, I built three houses: a starter and one house for each pack:
It is great that you have set up a showcase thread for your builds! :) Each of your builds are so very nice! It looks great how you have set up the different sections of the thread with the different types of builds. The exterior design of the builldings are very creative! The newest build, Occult, is very nice! :) It is a very nice home for Vampires . Very nice roofing! The diming room is very nice! Sims will eating at the table and listening to the pipe organ being played.
Wow @emere !! So happy to see you put up your own showcase!
It looks wonderful, and I love your banner with both your usernames! Very clever, as I know myself how much of a hassle (oh the confusion!) it is to have two different names
You have some incredible builds! A few that really stood out to me where the Magic Trees and the Fairy Hideout. Really fun and wonderful builds, and so very creative! I also loved the Factory Nightclub, it looks so amazing
Oh and oh my lord you made a Wild West bar! I love the wild west! I might have to pop over to your gallery for a closer look
Consider yourself bookmarked, look forward to seeing what you decide to try out next!
Thanks for your words and for your time watching this @Laebeth <3 I know, we are two simmers in one, lol Oh, that factory is my fav, it works nice at Windenburg. It looks big but actually is small, so playable for not gamers PC ;)
Hello :) I will repost here what I wrote on the other thread about your latest build, The Quirky Observatory
The Quirky Observatory is a very creatively designed home! :) You are very creative! It is great that Freddie now is clothed as a raccoon! The obsevatory on the roof looks great! The inside living area is a nice place for him to enjoy sleeping in the bed, or resting in the chair listening to radio music. It may not be so good that he has taken photos of the homes that he is going to steal items from! The exterior design of the building looks so very nice! The hedging fencing on the home and the use of columns looks great! Very nice outdoors dining nook for him to enjoy cooking on the grill and eating outdoors in the air at the picnic table. The water feature is a nice touch, The outside gnomes are cute in the build! Very nice upper level for him to enjoy playing chess or keep fit using the punching bag whilst looking out at the outdoors views. The secret stash room is great! The gold ingots are great for him to steal! The patterned rugs on the floor are nice touches there. It is very creative build for Freddie's home! :)
Congratulations also on Eco Friendly Kitchen being favourited by Maxis! :) That is exciting!
