The Asian themed exterior design of Yakan Tea and Coffee and the layout of the build looks so very nice! :) Very nice pagoda roofing! The water in the front areas of the build and the bridge to the front entrance looks very nice. The zen garden area with water fountain, zen decor item and bamboo plants looks restful and calming. Very nice outdoors dining patio! Sims will enjoy buying tea from the stall and drinking it in the outdoors air at the table. The string lantern lights are a pretty touch. Very nice indoors espresso bar area! . The menu boards and teapots cabinets look great on the walls.
It looks a very calming and peaceful venue to visit to enjoy having coffee or a cup of tea, indoors and outside :)
