The design of Modern Studio Starter is great ! :) The way you have furnished and placed the items to make use of space in the interior is great! Very nice layout of the home! It looks very nice that the computer study desk nook is under the bunk bed. The windows look nice placed in the study nook area for Sims to enjoy sunlight coming in whilst using the computer there. The wall in the bathroom area looks nice. The planter box looks nice on the wall beside the front door.
It is a very nice starter. :)
