The exterior design of Glass and Wood Modern looks very nice! :) The combination of the wooden wall texture, glass windows and greenery on the exterior looks very nice. The trellis covered porch areas looks great! Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the bbq and eating the food at the table in the outdoors air. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! Very nice light filled living room area for Sims to relax on the seating and enjoy watching tv with sunlight coming in through the windows. The design of the kitchen looks very nice. The white brick walls gives a great look and feel to the area, and it looks nice that there is an eat in area next to the half wall. Very nice loft area! Sims would enjoy waking up to sunlight coming in through the bedhead windows. The signage pictures are a great touch on the loft walls. Sims will enjoy looking out through the windows at the views whilst sitting at the study desk table.
It is a very nice modern home :)
