Deadgrass Chalet. Placed on top of a small hill this A Frame Chalet w/ modern design works a the housing for a couple caring for the Historical Lighthouse. This is the only residency in the island so if you feel lonely you can take a fast boat trip to town or host a friend or 2 that can sleep in the couch.
