Modern Afloat is a very nice modern island beach home! :) Very nice exterior design, white colour and curved roofing! The outdoor deck and patio areas are very nice! Sims will enjoy relaxing on the loungers in the sunshine or enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar. The pier is great! Very nice and stylish furnishings and colour scheme of the interior.
It is lovely restful modern island home for Sulani :)
