Out of Campus Café. Based on the Java Hut Cafe of The Sims 3 University Life, this modern version isn't exclusively for University Students but for everyone to enjoy a cup of coffee, a small bite , the free Internet and the nice atmosphere or a new Study spot for Uni Students out of Campus.
