you do not need a theme. such as 'doctor barbie' or 'birthday barbie' etc.
she just has to be barbie on her stand for apps. with optional accessories :)
it also gives examples, that your barbie needs a name. (thats not barbie)
your barbie will be known as "Barbie Jojo" for an example depending on the name you give.
