Added in these couple Pinecrest Apartments from Conifer Station, Evergreen Harbor I built while back but forgot to share :)

Pinecrest Apartments 402 , where I was trying to use some of the Cozy Kitsch kit  :)

and 

Pinecrest Apartments 404, which I themed as sort of ''dystopian modern white'' kind of apartment 😂
basically I was challenging myself to not use any personality or color but make a nice looking/ functioning apartment
I think whoever lives there still has green thumb though, well, one of them has, but don't go telling on them 🤫

The two apartments are great! 🙂 Very lovely furnishing and very nice layout of each one. The items from the Cozy Kitsch kit look very nice how you have used them in the first one. The grey and white colour of the second one is very nice and the plants and leafy art are nice green and nature touches.

Today adding in Daisy Hovel 🌼
Finally, something in that Willow Creek section 😂
I keep ending up with unsatisfactory results building there 😅 (just hard to pick what I really want there)
but I actually really like how this little house turned out :) so hope remains I will build this world one day 👵

I was also trying to keep it under 20k and with less packs cause I always make my builds too dang expensive 😂
but some packs did sneak in cause I just felt like it :)

also yes, I admit. I'm obsessed with finally finding place to use this granny wallpaper I never use 😂💚

Daisy Hovel is a lovely starter home 🙂Very nice exterior design and grea r gardening area. The furnishing is lovely. The floral wall pattern is pretty. The coat stand is a nice home touch beside the front door. Very nice painting nook in the corner of the bedroom.

Starting with Construction Site

not much done here really just made New Harbor Park building smaller and placed it where Terra-Potta used to be
because I was wanting to use that bigger lot for something else eventually :) feel like it suits this lot better anyhow

then moving on to bigger edits we have Old Ravenwood Estate... turned into Old Ravenwood Library
resized the building here too a bit to make my life easier but yes it is now completely refigured inside as a library :)

Inside I went with bit of a dark bird theme in honor of Edward Talon-Crow

Included lovely place to read some poetry...or orbituaries, which ever is your jam

the shelf by the window is purely decorational but sims should be able to sit down and read by it :)

at the back we have little research area (try to not research yourself to death though)

and crow to keep watch of the toilet, ofcourse.

which is rather simple

but I wanted to keep the slightly broken feel to this build so caution only one toilet is routable (easy fix though just delete the hole)

going back to the poetry area there is another arch way to study room

there your sims may do their homework, read ghost history

or perhaps challenge Grim to a game of chess?

seems he is not there right now though so we shall move on and explore upstairs as well

there you are first greeted by rather empty hallway (didn't really know what I wanted to add tbh)

and through that we have room for debates, be they political or less so

maybe we could debate which Ravenwood author is better? Edward Talon-Crow or that other author whos name I strangely forgot...

any votes?

well, let's move on there is also area for telling kids stories  on the same floor :)

little board game corner

place to put your annoying infants if they get too annoying

little hallway space for sitting

and couple somewhat identical toilets including potty chairs

third floor I have not really decided what to do with so I left it empty

and outdoors spaces are mostly the same as far as I can recall

Did add Observatory though cause I felt there should be one

and greenhouse got some outdoor activities and planters...even bees because who wouldn't want some bees in this world am I right?

which exists in Vista Hermosa, Ciudad Enamorada

just basically fun little fast food place for more casual dates :)
and I added some movie watching for the back since I could

insides are fairly simple, as they should be for fast food place

and I am glad to say I didn't forget to add toilet even if its bit small

outdoors I also used the swing set coming with Lovestruck which is probably my favourite part of this tbh :)
just feels like I could get some nice screenshots there

and now, hopefully we are all finished for today 😂

The three new builds are great! 🙂Very nice design of each one! The Old Ravenwood Library suits the world well and great darkish themed colours. The furnishing of each area is lovely. Very nice reading, studying and debating areas. The greenhouse is very nice.
Burger Casita is lovely! 🙂Very nice colourful red,blue and yellow colours. The indoors and outside dining areas are lovely.

Been working on my builds for a while now so I figured I'd get some on gallery again 😊

starting here with Crick Cabana

and Streamlet Single

I really missed having simple small homes for my sims
so I figured I'd restore order in my Foundry Cove and make my own version of these lots too finally 😅

as for the insides of the builds I was trying to keep those more simple as I don't know which sims will move here yet :)
I used few packs too but I really tried to keep the count down since I have bad habit of doing the opposite 😅

for Crick Cabana I figured I really wanted to use some of that new tinkering stuff here
as I always end up doing handiness skill when on this lot for some reason 😂

it is in rough shape but I think it will make lovely family home for any handy sim you may have :)

the bedrooms are quite simple, one of them entirely empty so it could be used for anything really :)

and in bathroom I made room for a tub since you'd need that with pets or kids anyhow :)

for Streamlet Single, just one bedroom and some neccessities

mayhaps sim living here is busy with work but they've yet to decorate the place so I leave that all to you :)

I did really want fireplace though so that I did add 😊 and I figured that entrance just called for a closet
the kitchen is off to good start too so decorating this shall be a breeze :)

and I did manage to add proper bathroom as well so your sims won't have to go to work stinky 😆

Your versions of Crick Cabana and Streamlet Single are lovely 🙂 The exterior designs are very nice. It is great that you have used the items from the Restoration Workshop kit in Crick Cabana to help the sims work on their handiness skill. The layout of the homes are great and the sims who live there will enjoy adding items to the rooms to suit their needs, career or lifestyle.
