My Black Widow Haven had an "oopsie" baby with Vlad shortly before marrying him, thanks to Risky Woohoo in MC Command Center.
He is still a child in my game, and granted, he does favor his mother in terms of looks, but I think he's pretty cute right now anyway. His Vladness is more obvious from the side. Here's Angelo Straud:
