304 University Ave ~ WVU is a very nice University house! :) The exterior design, blue colour, roofing, dormer and hedging along the home edges are lovely! Very nice furnishing of the interior! The blue and yellow colour scheme is very nice. The living room area is very nice for sims to enjoy sitting on the sofas watching tv. The open plan layout of the kitchen and dining area is very nice and pretty yellow flowers on the dining table. Sims will enjoy listening to stereo music whilst dining. The stools counter in the kitchen area the wall cabinets and the pretty yellow blinds are very nice. Very nice warm wood floorimg, Very nice design and colours of the bedrooms. The dots patterned floor rugs are great touches. The upstairs party area with string lights on wall, bar counter, bubbles machine nook, stereo, guitar and karaoke machine is great! Very nice outside bbq and dining area. The combined couch and firepit looks great! :)
