as for bands and cars I just don't see those being gp themes tbh cause idk I just feel they would try to make those into ep anyway

  • If I could allow myself to dream, next year would look something like below. Obviously none of this is likely, but I would love it if some of it came true. Two stuff packs, two GP, one refresh and one EP and a lot of improvements and updates. That would be a good year for me.

    January:
A major free fitness overhaul to honor all those new years resolutions out there containing:

    • A new exercise bike - one normal, one instructor, for spinning classes. (base game)
    • An update to the Yoga mat so that it could also function as an aerobics or gymnastic mat. (Spa-day only)
    • A new base game freelance career: PT/Instructor. Where you could set up classes at gyms rec-centres, parks, beaches or even at home to make money. You could instruct in general exercises, or specialise in spinning or yoga as you want.
    • A new semi-active career for seasons: Figure skater.
    • The other fitness careers are all made semi-active too.
    • Some new aspirations connected to the new jobs.
    • Updates venues (gym, spa, pool) with fewer required items and more recommended items.
    • A ticket desk/counter for any communal lot, and once it was in place sims would have to pay to get in. Perfect for spas or gyms, for instance.

A fitness style kit and gym decor kit can match the theme of the month.

    February:
Romance month, valentines day. The free update with a love theme:

    • The heart shape bed (vibrations and all)
    • The bear rug with picnic, make out and whoohoo options.
    • People able to talk, read, make out, hold hands while relaxing in bed (and talk while relaxing or sunbathing anywhere else).
    • Neighborhood stories expanded to apply to dating, moving in together and getting married.

The medieval build kit is released.

    March:
First GP of the year: Fairies (possibly dragons as well). Very medieval Ireland/Scotland in style with the new wood swatches for many objects.

    April:
A free update connected to spring:

    • Rain clothes now protect against rain and have their own category as does snow wear.
    • Coat racks are updated with the option to remove or put on outdoor clothing.
    • A few new pretty spring flowers for the garden (daffodils, a lilac bush)
    • Get to work owners get flower shop items.

    Kits: Goth kit.

    May:
Stuff pack of the year: Water park items. Pool slides, one small for home use, then a modular one for water park use, a trampoline, a few new jumping towers, and toys for kids to play with in the water.
Base game update: curved walls for pools.

    June:
    An outdoor retreat refresh:

    • A buildable tent (group activity, can be fun or cause arguments, can fail or succeed, connected to traits and handiness skill)
    • Pool decor that makes it easier to create something that looks like a lake
    • A jumping tower that looks just like big boulders.
    • A way to clean dogs and cats without a tub (a bottle of water or hose)
    • Making the cooler functional.
    • Making the picknick basket work like the one in cottage living.
    • A picnic blanket that makes it possible for sims to sit on the ground and eat together.
    • More games for kids.
    • A climbable tree that kids can climb in and parents (if you have parenthood) either encourage or discipline kids for using.
    • Social bunny posts connected to camping
    • Loss of internet and resulting panic in teens.
    • Sleeping bags

    • Ability to go skating on a frozen lake (new death: thin ice)

Kit: Fancy winter wear. Dressy coats, scarves and hats for adults (male and female).
  • I would like for a small refresh to city living where we can have the option on the menu to change into cosplay, the same way we can change into outfits for halloween!

Maybe a stuff pack with new costumes, more convention based stuff with a similar market to the flea market or romance festival! And possibly other fandoms besides star wars ?
