Thanks Rachel! I am totally against cc now lol. I don't even think about going into the gallery! I'm on an HP desktop with 6 GB of RAM, 3.3 GHz AMD processor, and a graphics card that is actually on the list lol. It's not one of the newer ones though, so all my graphics settings are on medium. I don't think that has anything to do with it, but I would love to know how to delete the cache though.
My case with EA has been escalated to the highest echelon because nothing they've suggested has worked--permanently. Just like last night and tonight the game is working great, but then later it won't. I'm just enjoying the moments when it does!
