@MichelleW I had this same problem once. Oddly enough, there are none outside Brindleton Bay. You can still place it on a lot that is bigger, and or alternatively, if you go into build mode, you can drop a build that is bigger than lot size. Of course this can work in some cases where theres a lot of landscape and a smaller house, otherwise the house will get cut off there the lot ends and it will look like a dollhouse scene that is open. I have edit houses that are a hair bigger than the lot size available to plot it on. I work on it on a larger empty lot and save it as a smaller one. Time consuming, but if you really like a build and want it somewhere specific, sometimes it works.
